SchedgAIle
Weekly schedules for nursing teams, every clinic in one place.
SchedgAIle builds the weekly shift schedule for a nursing team working across several clinics. Availability, absences and qualifications are checked before anyone is assigned, open shifts get assignment proposals for the manager to approve, and the approved schedule is emailed to every nurse.
- Availability, absence and double-booking checks before assignment
- Assignment proposals for open shifts — the manager approves
- Schedule distribution by email, with receipt confirmation
Who it is for
Fewer spreadsheets, fewer phone calls
For
Nursing-team managers responsible for a weekly schedule across several clinics, and the system administrators in their organisation.
The problem
A manual schedule means remembering who is available, who is on leave, who is qualified for which clinic and who is already booked. After publishing come the swaps and open shifts, handled by phone and messages.
Capabilities
What SchedgAIle does today
Dashboard
Coverage by clinic, nurse utilisation, unfilled shifts and alerts for the selected week.
Weekly schedule with checks
Morning and evening shift assignment, with availability, absence, qualification and double-booking checks. A week can start from a template.
Assignment proposals
A rule-based engine proposes nurses for shifts that are still open, by availability, preferred clinic and workload. Nothing changes until the manager approves.
AI operational analysis
Ready-made questions — which clinics are hardest to staff, where the team depends on a single nurse, what the schedule risks are — answered as a read-only text analysis.
Distribution and receipt
The approved schedule is emailed to every nurse, with a receipt-confirmation link and a calendar file. Changes after publishing are flagged, and an update can be sent.
Open shifts and swaps
Publish an open shift to eligible nurses and assign it; record swap requests for manager approval.
Master data
Nurses, clinics and shift requirements, availability, leave, holidays and special dates, tasks and qualifications.
Reports and export
Weekly team, personal, hours-versus-quota and unfilled-shift reports — exported to Excel and CSV, or printed to PDF.
How it works
From data to a distributed schedule
Set up
Clinics and shift requirements, nurses, availability, absences and special dates.
Check
The schedule-prep centre shows what is missing before assignment starts.
Assign
Build the schedule and get assignment proposals for the shifts left open.
Approve and distribute
The schedule goes to the nurses; open shifts and swaps are handled through the week.

Good to know
- The interface is in Hebrew.
- Shifts are modelled as morning and evening shifts.
- Data is entered manually — there is no import from a file or an HR system yet.
- Nurses do not use the system: they receive the schedule and confirm it by email.
- Assignment proposals are rule-based, not produced by a language model, and always need a manager's approval.
