What We've Built

Not demos. Not theories.Systems running in the field.

Every project shown here reflects real client work — from systems already operating in production to platforms in advanced rollout and expansion.

Internal Operational SystemsPriority ERPBudget & Procurement ControlApproval Workflows

A nationwide multi-branch organization managing procurement and budget control outside their ERP — until we built them a complete operational layer.

The Challenge

NOAL is a national organization operating across dozens of districts, hundreds of branches, and thousands of members. Procurement and budget control ran outside Priority ERP — in spreadsheets, manual approval chains, and phone coordination between departments. Every budget exception required manual tracking. Every approval depended on individual availability.

Why a Standard Priority Screen Wasn't Enough

NOAL's authority structure — with distinct permissions at each hierarchy level, budget codes like "100.101.101.302-300", and approval routes that reflect real organizational accountability — could not be configured using standard Priority forms. The need was for an operational layer that works with Priority's data but understands the organization's unique structure.

What Was Built

A complete purchase order management system connected directly to Priority ERP via real-time webhooks. It includes a five-level budget hierarchy (circles, districts, branches, expense types, and P&L), 1,752 budget items imported from Priority, a multi-stage approval engine matching organizational authority structure, vendor management, and automatic synchronization of approved orders into Priority.

  • 5-level budget hierarchy — circles, districts, branches, expense types, P&L
  • 1,752 budget line items loaded from Priority ERP
  • Multi-stage approval engine matching organizational authority
  • Real-time bidirectional Priority ERP webhooks
  • Vendor management, status tracking, and management dashboards

The Value

Hundreds of branches now submit procurement requests through a single controlled system. Budgets are managed in real time. Approvals follow a defined path without dependency on manual coordination. Approved orders synchronize automatically into Priority.

Your out-of-the-box thinking and dedication to the project's success were decisive factors in its outcome.

TARYAG LIMS

LIMSLab WorkflowsPriority ERPRegulated Documentation

The challenge

Laboratory processes — tests, protocols, and controlled documentation — were managed outside the ERP, without digital signatures and with information gaps between the lab and operations.

What was built

A complete LIMS: laboratory information management system with controlled documentation, digital signature verification, regulatory protocol management, and integration with Priority ERP data.

The outcome

Laboratory workflows that ran on paper and spreadsheets became a controlled, documented system — connected to Priority data.

Quality ControlLaboratoryPriority ERPTolerance Logic

The challenge

Quality test data (measurements, tolerances, results) was disconnected from ERP data — preventing real-time quality findings from feeding production and procurement processes.

What was built

A quality data collection system with tolerance engines, laboratory test management, and full Priority ERP integration — quality decisions flowing directly into production workflows.

The outcome

Quality decisions that were isolated from the ERP were connected directly to production and procurement flows — no double entry, no information gaps.

Additional Organizations

More projects and complex integrations

Beyond the documented projects here, Agile-ERP has built systems, integrations, and AI layers for additional organizations.
