Who we are

This website is operated by Alon Lavi, an Israeli sole proprietor (licensed dealer) trading as Agile-ERP.

What we receive, and why

Contact form: full name, email address, company or organisation, role (optional) and your message.

Callback form: name, organisation, a phone number or an email address (at least one), an optional message and the address of the page it was sent from.

Both forms also send the page language. You are not legally required to provide these details and doing so is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot handle your inquiry.

We use these details to handle your inquiry and to manage the business relationship that follows from it. Sending a form does not sign you up for marketing mailings, and the site asks for no marketing consent.

To protect the forms from abuse, the server uses a hashed form of your IP address in memory for about ten minutes to limit repeated submissions. It is pseudonymised, not anonymous. Our code does not store it, email it or log it.

Your browser keeps your privacy-preferences choice and its date (local storage) and, after you send a form, a random submission identifier (session storage only) so an inquiry is not counted twice.

Analytics — only with your permission

The site uses these analytics tools: Google Analytics. They are off by default and load only after you select "Allow analytics" in the privacy preferences.

If you allow them, Google may set cookies and collect information about your visit, such as the pages viewed and device and browser data. Advertising storage and signals are not enabled.

The events the site sends to these tools never include your name, email address, phone number, company or message.

You can change your choice at any time with "Privacy preferences" at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing permission stops the tools and deletes their cookies on this site.

Who receives your information

We do not sell personal information. To run the site and reply to inquiries we use these providers:

• Vercel: hosting of the website and the server that processes the forms.
• Resend: the email service through which a form inquiry is sent to us.
• Microsoft 365: the mailbox where inquiries arrive.
• Google (Google Analytics): only if you allow analytics.

Transfers outside Israel

These providers are foreign companies. The server that processes the forms and the email-sending service operate in the United States, so inquiry details are transferred there. Other providers may process data in further countries under their own terms.

How long it is kept

The website itself keeps no copy of your inquiry after sending it.

An inquiry that reaches us is kept in our business mailbox, for handling it and the business relationship that follows from it. No fixed retention period has been set.

Your rights

Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to review personal information about you that we hold (section 13), and the right to ask for information about you that is not correct, complete, clear or up to date to be corrected or deleted (section 14).

You may also ask us to delete your inquiry. Requests for review, correction or deletion will be handled in accordance with applicable law, taking into account legal retention obligations and legitimate contractual needs.

Security

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The server validates input, limits repeated submissions and escapes all content in the email it sends. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Third-party links and media

Booking a meeting takes you to Cal.com, and some links lead to LinkedIn and to other Agile-ERP sites. Those sites have their own privacy terms.

The video on the Opero page loads from YouTube only after you press play; YouTube's terms apply from then on.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the bottom of the page shows the latest version.
