Opero Bank Slip Converter

Live web tool

From the Tzameret transaction exportto bank-slip files for Priority.

Opero Bank Slip Converter reads the Tzameret credit-card transactions Excel file, checks every row, and produces a separate TXT file per card brand — Amex, Visa and Mastercard — for bank-slip import into Priority through an organisation-specific interface. All processing happens in the browser.

  • A separate TXT file for Amex, Visa and Mastercard
  • An invalid row blocks the export instead of slipping through
  • The file is never uploaded: no server, no AI
The result screen after a file is checked (Hebrew interface). The data shown is synthetic, from the tool's own test file.

Who it is for

Less manual copying, fewer loading errors

For

Finance and bookkeeping teams that receive a credit-card transaction export from Tzameret and update bank slips in Priority through a dedicated import interface.

The problem

The transaction export has to be split by card brand and rewritten in the format the Priority interface accepts. Done by hand, or by a script with no checks, a missing amount or a wrong voucher number can reach Priority without anyone noticing.

Capabilities

What the converter does

Split by card brand

Amex, Visa and Mastercard transactions are written to three separate TXT files, each with its own bank account. A file is created only for a brand that has transactions.

A layout for a Priority import interface

A header record with the bank account, then one line per transaction with date, voucher number, short voucher and amount — in the layout the organisation's bank-slip import interface in Priority accepts.

Every row checked

A missing or invalid date, a missing or non-numeric voucher number, and an empty or text amount are flagged with the row number and block the export. The tool never invents a value for missing data.

Skipped rows

Empty rows and rows for other card brands are skipped and listed with their row numbers, so you know exactly what was left out of the files.

Summary before download

For each brand: transaction count, gross total and file name, plus a preview of the lines that will be written.

Download

Each TXT file on its own, or all of them together in one ZIP file.

How it works

Three steps, up to three files

  1. Choose the file

Drag in or select the Tzameret transaction export. On first use, the tool asks you to accept its licence agreement.

  2. Review

The tool checks every row and shows a summary by brand, the errors that block the export and the rows it skipped.

  3. Download and load

Download the TXT files, or one ZIP, and load them into Priority through the organisation's bank-slip import interface.

Formats and privacy

What goes in, what comes out, and where it happens

Input file

The Tzameret credit-card transactions Excel file (XLSX), up to 30 MB. The tool reads the active sheet: transaction date (column C), voucher number (D), card brand (F) and gross total (N).

Output files

One TXT file per brand — Amex, Visa and Mastercard — encoded as UTF-16, in the layout of a Priority bank-slip import interface.

Privacy

The file is read and processed in your browser only. There is no upload, no processing server and no AI. Acceptance of the licence agreement is stored in the browser only.

Status

Live web tool

Opero Bank Slip Converter is available on the tool's site and runs in the browser, with nothing to install and no registration. Before the first conversion, the tool asks you to accept its licence agreement.

Good to know

  • The tool is built for the Tzameret transaction export only. Files from other acquirers, banks or systems are not supported.
  • Only three brands are converted: Amex, Visa and Mastercard. Rows for other brands, such as Isracard, are skipped and listed.
  • The bank-account codes and file layout are currently set up for one organisation's import interface. Each additional customer needs a compatible Priority import interface and its own bank-account mapping — the tool does not fit every Priority installation without customisation.
  • The tool does not connect to Priority: you load the files through the interface. Review the summary before loading.
  • If the file's active sheet is not the transactions sheet, the file is rejected and the tool names the sheet that holds the transactions.
  • The tool's interface is in Hebrew.
